Bob Bolen "The Greek" is one of many
great surfers who stand tall in both
competitive surfing and in surfing
industry contributions. Their love of
the sport cross all socio-economic
bounds and create a kinship like no
other sport in the world today.
The Greek was recognized for his
surfing skills and lifetime achievements
in an annual event that commemorates
great surfers around the world.
Bob Bolen was inducted into the
Surfing Walk of Fame in 2006. In
addition to winning many surfing
competitions, he has produced a line of
surfboards and invented surf products
such as a surfboard fin that enhances
the surfing experience.
