You'll wonder how a pair of
blades can come into play with
California Surfing. Well the
cross-mix of sports such as
skateboards, blading and the
modified skateboard called a carve
board brings all the elements
together.
Surfers are not known so much for
blading, but you'll sometimes find
them carving. The carve board has
four wheels and a modified surfboard
shape to allow surfers or
skateboards to carve out patterns as
if on a wave.
Blading is extremely popular at
the beach, as are most sports that
contain wheels for moving through
larger distances than your own two
feet.
